With a well-rounded education centered on learning by doing, I take pride in my work and in the teams I collaborate with. Assistant Manager

September 2020 - April 2022

At Westside Collector Car Storage in Playa Vista California, I launched and managed a luxury collector car storage facility with over 80 clients and their 200+ vehicles. As Assistant Manager my roles included head of in-house vehicle detailing, customer concierge, warehouse database manager, DMV clerk, manager of building maintenance, operations personnel trainer, and key-holder. I was directly responsible for daily operations including warehouse organization, database maintenance, vehicle service, facility repairs, scheduling of third party vendors, and all customer communications.

Lot Manager

June 2019 - January 2019

Managed the El Segundo division of the TURO Valet LAX rental operation. I worked directly with high volumes of customers and hosts to complete fully documented vehicle rental transactions in an efficient and timely manner. As lot manager I was directly responsible for a team that completed +100 rental transactions a day, including the scheduling of any necessary third-party cleaning, repair, or tow services. By training a cohesive team I was able to foster a work environment that garnered positive customer feedback, reviews, and testimonials.

Take-Out Trainer

Feb 2014 - July 2017

At Lucille's Smokehouse Barbecue in Brea California, I trained team members in daily takeout operations. As the lead of take-out operations, I coordinated diverse teams to complete catering orders and holiday events. My team was able to pioneer the introduction of online ordering and collaborate with delivery services before their widespread adoption. With renewed focus on Customer Relationship Management, our location was able to achieve record sales and profits for the region. For my outstanding efforts I was awarded Employee of the Month.
