WCCS Facility Launch

Westside Collector Car Storage is based in Culver City that serves over 80 clients with more than 120 collector vehicles. As the Assistant Manager I was directly responsible for facility operations and customer relations. I was in constant contact with regular customers to ensure their vehicles were ready for seasonal events across the country. Outside of daily operations, my focus was to anticipate and forecast customer requests for detail services, vehicle transportation, emergency repairs, and airport shuttles.
